About Mettleway
Mettleway provides independent digital resources designed to help UK Civil Service applicants structure and develop their own Behaviour evidence.
Mettleway is not affiliated with, endorsed by or acting on behalf of the UK Civil Service, the Civil Service Commission or any government department.
Using the website
You may use this website for lawful, personal and non-commercial purposes. You must not interfere with the website, attempt unauthorised access or use its content in a way that infringes the rights of Mettleway or others.
Digital product
The Mettleway EO Behaviour Evidence Builder Kit is a digital resource. Its contents may include guides, templates, worksheets and tools intended to support personal preparation.
The product does not guarantee an interview invitation, job offer, appointment, score, outcome or success in any recruitment process. You remain responsible for the accuracy, truthfulness and final content of any application or evidence you submit.
Personal licence
When you purchase the product, you receive a limited, personal, non-transferable licence to use it for your own preparation.
You may not copy, resell, redistribute, share, publish, upload, give away, sublicense or make the product available to another person or organisation without written permission from Mettleway.
Intellectual property
All content in the website and digital product, including text, templates, worksheets, branding and design elements, is owned by or licensed to Mettleway and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Orders and access
Product availability, price and delivery method will be shown clearly before payment. After a successful purchase, access will be provided through the method stated at checkout.
Digital content and cancellation rights
Where digital content is supplied immediately after purchase, the checkout will ask for the customer’s express consent to immediate supply and acknowledgement that the usual cancellation right may be lost once supply begins.
Nothing in these Terms removes rights that cannot legally be excluded. If digital content is faulty, not as described or not fit for a stated purpose, customers may have legal remedies.
