This policy explains how cancellation and refund requests are handled for Mettleway digital products.
Digital delivery
The Mettleway EO Behaviour Evidence Builder Kit is supplied as digital content. The delivery method and what is included will be shown clearly before payment.
Cancellation rights
Where digital content is made available immediately after purchase, customers will be asked at checkout to give express consent to immediate supply and acknowledge that their usual cancellation right may be lost once supply begins.
If that consent and acknowledgement are not obtained, applicable cancellation rights may continue to apply.
Faulty or misdescribed content
Nothing in this policy removes legal rights that cannot be excluded.
If digital content is faulty, not as described or not fit for a stated purpose, please contact us. We will review the issue and provide the appropriate remedy required by applicable law.
